Emotional Overwhelm can hit hard, especially when you are someone who has spent a lot of time in fight or flight mode - strong emotions can trigger the fight or flight response and make us feel the most intense urge to escape.
On today's episode, I will be talking about my experience with strong emotions and how I've learnt to nurture and soothe myself when I have a strong emotional reaction to something - whether it be a conflict, work/life stress, covid-related stress, relationship problems, and all the other fun emotional-triggers that life throws our way.
