Bad days are normal for everyone, but having a day where you feel heightened anxiety can cause you to wonder
1. what the fuck is going on, and
2. does this mean you're going 'downhill' again?, and
3. how can you stop it?
I discuss why you don't necessarily need to stop or fix it, but also how you can edge your way back into feeling a bit more like yourself, and a bit less like the world is ending.
